InTouch has two kinds of devices available:
A wired device - Model A80
A wireless battery operated device - Model A920 Pro
Most schools will have the wireless A920 model, unless you have a cash drawer.

2. Select Install in the DriverSetup(X64) window.
3. Once installed, the following device should be listed in Windows Device Manager:
1. Open the menu and select Settings → Point of Sale Settings
2. Select the applicable site(s) and terminal(s) that need to be configured to operate
the cash drawer
3. Set “Printer” type to PAX (Built-in)1
4. Set “Cash Drawer” type to Serial
5. Select Point of Sale (Terminal)- a green "Cash Drawer" button will be available along
with an “Open Cash Drawer” option under the “Point of Sale Functions” menu
a. The first time "Cash Drawer" is selected in terminal a pop-up window will
display with the serial port and "Connect".
b. Click the listed port option and "Connect" or "OK"
6. Once configured, the cash drawer will pop on-demand via the “Cash Drawer” button
